She focuses on helping people get functionally stronger through a full range of motion so they can feel more confident doing the activities they love while being less likely to get injured. She owns and founded her business, FlowZone Coaching.

Alyssa Leib is an anti-diet sports dietitian and lover of all things mountain sports. As a dietitian, she believes that performance matters to each athlete, but not at the expense of your physical health and mental health. That’s why she support all of her athletes in building and nurturing a positive relationship with food and with their bodies.

Austin Fitzerald is a Californian who helps individuals prepare for mountaineering endeavors. He has a bachelor’s in exercise science and has completed weeks-long expeditions himself. He aims to prepare others for safety and the mental and physical components of mountain exploration.
